Swede’s parents describe daughter as ‘natural beauty’ before operations and despair over her latest surgery.
A ‘real-life Barbie’ has undergone her latest extreme surgery – pumping fat from her thighs and belly into her hips, bum and LIPS.
Pixee Fox is only 26 but the plastic surgery-obsessed blonde – dubbed ‘a living cartoon’ – has already had more than 100 procedures.
The Swede, described by her despairing mum and dad as a ‘natural beauty’ before turning to cosmetic surgery , has finally shown off her radical transformation to her parents face to face.
Even her own doctor Fredrik Berne, who performed the latest op, described the results as “grotesque” but revealed Pixee would still be disappointed that her lips were not big enough.
The Gothenburg-based surgeon said: “Fat is beautiful. We can shape and create whatever we like with it.
“Pixee had 1,000cc injected into her bum , 500 in each buttock. She now really has got that hour-glass figure.
“Then, I pushed as much fat as I could into her lips so it will look enormous and, in a way, grotesque.
“But I think it will still not be quite as big as she would have liked.”
Pixee has also had her eye colour changed, six ribs removed and several boob jobs in her quest to look like toy fashion doll Barbie.
Next year she plans to have a further 10 procedures and start corset training in a bid to get into the Guinness Book of World Records for having the smallest waist on the planet.
But dad Karl-Axel Bartholf and mum Anna-Lena, back in Pixee’s hometown of Gävle, hate their daughter’s transformation and admit fearing for her health.
Anna-Lena said: “First of all, I think it could be dangerous. When does the body say: ‘No, stop!’?
“Now she is 26, what happens when she is 62? And she was so beautiful before.”
Anna-Lena added: “She knows I don’t like it – any of it – but I would rather have a happy daughter than one who feels down and bad.”
Her dad said: “She didn’t tell us when she first started having surgeries and still now, there is lots she doesn’t tell us about.
“I always thought she would grow up to be a florist – everyone did.
“She was always picking flowers in summertime and even in wintertime when the flowers were dry and dead she would still pick them and make amazing bouquets.
“It is a shock for us all.”
Pixee said: It’s always a little uncomfortable to go home. I never really fitted into my hometown.
Even when I was very young, I felt like I had to go away and do my own thing.
“My parents don’t really understand why I am doing this but I am very close with my sister, Lovisa.”
Lovisa, 28, still lives in Gävle where she breaks in horses for a living, supports her sister but would never consider opting for surgery herself.
She said: “I think Pixee aims high and has lots of plans. She has already achieved a lot,”
